:’) can’t make this on console gg
I hate the concept of horde bases. That is totally not what the devs tried to make when they thought of “tower defense”
Console doesn’t have all dis….
I dont think that’s 58 seconds???
yeah this didn’t work, zombies attacked the 5×5 i was on and knocked down the walls, almost none ran up the stairs into the dropper
And what about those who spit acid?😢
Thats a lot of blocks, i got a hollowed out square with some odd blocks that has the zombies jumping up and down my stairs to get to me i just aim at a corner and let her rip, made a tiny roof for vultures so far so good about day 70 now
So going 30 blocks out seems to be too long for me and the zombies don’t path up the stairs they crowd the bottom of my base. Instead we went 19 blocks away from the bottom of the base and haven’t had any issues thus far.
Nice base but I find blood moon nights a hell of a lot more fun without making these cheese bases.
No you need to make it 12 blocks high because of zombie fall damage rage they will break down the building and not go up the stairs if they are 11 blocks away from the player they don’t do this
😂
I dont like put base in the horde fight area, maybe works for yoy but i am still use a 6 block high base with a walkway without stairs, that gives me time to take headshots and for the zombies to be stopped by the electric defenses, it works for me in Undead Legacy and Darkness Falls
Genius.
Whats the point of the game then this is dumb
Meh just build a base you like and go with it. I just make one main base and have a section cut off inside it specifically for horde night with a bunch of turrets outside of a small cube with a roof. Headshots are not hard to achieve lol. This to me is doing too much when it could be much simpler.
2100 minecraft 🤯
Aussie here, nobody but us will know what the hell a u-banger is 😂😂😂😂
I hate how the building works in this game sadly at least on ps5 ha
Nah I think I’ll steer clear of exploits
Nice i will build this so i can survive the zombie 😂
Thanks you tho for this great safety base
Probably one of the worst games on the market.
Anyone else hate building ugly bases centered around pure functionality? I’d unfriend somebody for building such an eye sore
“And then grab your sniper rifle and easy head shots” it’s not easy to get a sniper!!!!!!!!!
name of the game pls
Does anyone else have the problem where it becomes day seven and there’s no zombies around? This is happened to me three times now.
or just play the game properly
That’s in creative 58 sec
Doesn’t work. They just pile up at the base of the 5×5, they don’t path to the stairs
The demolisher says NO😂
Did they change their monopoly on content from creators? When they first released 1.0 they demanded to have royalty free access to content forever.🤯
Where’s the tension? The excitement? The thinking-on-your-feet aspect in all this? I’d be bored out of my mind doing this.
Hey so.. why are most of these bases 7 blocks? Is it an issue of for different ones if I go higher? Or it just a matter of needing extra resources?
Just started playing with the release of 1.0 – why do you always go 7 blocks up?
How to get bored as quickly as possible
Here’s an easier way: use 0.25 centered pipes to make a line connecting your base and the stairs, leave a gap one block high over the line and create a flat surface/roof to turn it into a tunnel.
Zombies will have to come at you crawling and it will be a lot easier to aim for their heads.
by the time u build this you would’ve died 7 times
58 sec yea sure 😑
I made this base exactly the same in a two player multiplayer game and we oftentimes had zombies halt on the first bridge, but moreso on the staircase up. This clog caused them to go into ‘attack everything’-mode and gradually destroy the stairs, making ascending impossible. This ruined the whole point of the triple bridge. For a good while, zombies did run across the bridges as intended but this was only at the very beginning of the horde. The majority of the night was spent putting blocks on the staircase and throwing grenades so their continuous destruction could not take out the support structure entirely.
Is there a reason the zombies went for the stairs? Some also randomly stopped across the first bridge and started attacking the blocks below them. Would love some insight here.
And wats the fun on this bugged bases ?
Easy
doesn’t even work
1.0 but still beta
I was going to build this, why did you reveal my secret? 🤪🤣 🙂
If you have a melee buddy, you can skip the zombie dropper.
Shorts are NOT the right format for trying to show how to build a base.
Waste a ton of resources and ve sure to enable cheat mode
I’m rather new… Why is the dropper important.?
Yeah right. Like you can build all that in 58 seconds. I can barely get the starting challenges done in that time and he’s already got a T6 Sniper rifle. I call cap.
Does 58 seconds include the base falling down ?
Love how Josh has all these tutorials and tips videos…yet refuses to use them in any series.
A perfectly made rifle horde base although not everyone is going to be able to build with cement until late game 🤷
How the heck i can make this in 58 seconds?
Thanks bro! I’d like to see the early game melee stair base like this! Maybe you already did it though, I’ll go look!
Omg. Josh, please keep these coming. They are top tier content. Fabulous.
Smooth and clean! ❤❤❤
I used almost exactly this base in my perception playthrough and it’s super effective. Only bits I added were some horse-jump hurdles and electric fences.
